We offer Free Shipping on all orders at Purrfect Pet Haven to alleviate the extra costs to you. We give your item(s) a free ride to your doorstep!

Order Cut-off Time: 7:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Orders made after the cut-off time will be considered next day orders.

Handling Time: (1-3) Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Delivery Time: (1-8) Business Days (Monday to Friday)

All times vary depending on time of order (Specifically Weekend Orders) and delivery location. We will update you on your order as soon as possible. Our delivery takes between 1-8 Days after your order has processed.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before your order has shipped, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for the next steps.
